JustDocket Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the JustDocket website https://www.justdocket.com and the administrative support services we provide. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Services
1.1 JustDocket LLC provides administrative support services to individuals in Georgia who wish to pursue criminal history record restriction (sealing) on a pro se (self-represented) basis under Georgia law (O.C.G.A. § 35-3-37). Our services are strictly non-legal and include pulling available criminal records, providing general factual information about the record restriction process from public sources, assisting clients in gathering and organizing necessary supporting documents (such as court dispositions, identification, or other publicly obtainable materials), and supplying general administrative guidance to help clients complete standard forms available from Georgia courts or agencies.
1.2 JustDocket is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, legal assistance, or legal representation, does not interpret laws for individual cases, does not determine or assess eligibility for record restriction, does not draft or customize legal petitions or documents, and does not file documents with any court or agency on behalf of clients. Clients are responsible for reviewing, signing, filing, and representing themselves in all pro se proceedings.
1.3 We cannot guarantee any outcome, including eligibility for record restriction or successful sealing, as these determinations are made solely by prosecutors, courts, or other authorities based on Georgia law and individual case facts.
2. Eligibility and Use
2.1 By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into binding agreements.
2.2 Our administrative support is focused exclusively on Georgia record restriction matters for pro se individuals. We do not assist with legal processes in other states, federal records, or any matters requiring attorney representation.
3. Privacy and Confidentiality
3.1 JustDocket respects your privacy and handles all provided information securely and confidentially. We collect only the information necessary for providing administrative support.
3.2 We do not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary for administrative tasks (e.g., public record retrieval services) or as required by law. No information is shared with attorneys or legal professionals.
3.3 We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, but no online transmission is 100% secure.
4. Fees and Payment
4.1 Fees for our administrative services are listed on our website and cover record pulls, document gathering assistance, and general administrative coordination only.
4.2 Payments are due upfront. Fees for our administrative services are non-refundable once processing begins, as they compensate for work performed regardless of outcome.
